A celebration of David's life will take place on Friday 1st November in the chapel of St Hilda Teesside Crematorium at 1.15pm. Family and friends please meet at the crematorium and afterwards at Middlesbrough Masonic Hall.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired to the British Heart Foundation.
